Advanced Excel homework, HELP!

Hey there. I hope someone out there can help me with my homework. My teacher has left for Spring break and I really could use the help, since the homework is due on Sunday!

We are working with functions, and the ones I am hung up on are the DMIN, DMAX, and AVERAGEIFS. We are given a worksite and are asked to complete information on different pages. The first page is the Home Sales Data sheet. Further down is a sheet where they ask you to find the highest and lowest sales made on Condos, Ranch houses, and Victorian Houses, which is where the DMIN, and DMAX should come in. I have look at this, and typed it in several different ways, and I still get the same answer, which is 0, which I know isn't right. Also, further down, is another page, where it wants us to find out the average selling price if the house was sold between 101 and 200 days, and so on, up to 400 days.
