    Hi Guys,

    Am currently using this formula to return the lowest rank in an array.

    =IF(COUNTIF(A4:E4,"BMS"),"Below Minimum Standard",IF(COUNTIF(A4:E4,"AMS"),"Achieved Minimum Standard",IF(COUNTIF(A4:E4,"BRONZE"),"BRONZE",IF(COUNTIF(A4:E4,"Silver"),"Silver",IF(COUNTIF(A4:E4,"Gold"),"Gold")))))Please see the attached - you will clearly see the aim.

    What I would like to do is collect all possible formulea for achieving what this formula does. Simply so that I can learn new ways of working, thinking and using XL more efficiently.
