I want to create Grouping Monthly Based not Yearly..

How can i do this without using Pivot.?

May i ask why you won't use a pivot? that's your best bet. Doing this kind of thing manually leaves too much room for error.

I unhid the columns, and i don't understand what you're asking... You want the month from each year to be beside eachother?

if you're talking about grouping data with the expand/contract feature [(+) ( - )] You can't have a 2010 segment and a 2011 and then try to group by month. you can only group in a range. can't skip.

If you want Jany from 2010 and jan from 2011 grouped together, you have to manually put them together and then group.
