    Post If statement...

    Hi...

    I am trying to find a way foe my 'IF statement to recognize a dropdown box input so I can run it like a normal IF statement, si there a way?

    What kind of dropdown?

    Is it data validation, Combo Box from Forms menu, Combo box from Controls Toolbox?

    If it is data validation, you should be able to simply point to that cell.

    e.g. if the data validation is in A1, then formula like: =IF(A1="Yes","Ok","Not Ok") should work which, in this case, just checks that you have select "Yes" in A1 data validation.
