Subtotal for countifs function

Hi,

My employees are rewarded for their sales once the product has been delivered.
Every sale has a row with the salesman's name (Column B) and the status of the product (sold, delivered, canceled...) (Column N)
The formula on cell "N46"
=COUNTIFS(N5:N44,"=Delivered")
Is there any way to use the subtotal function in order to get the countifs number once filtered by salesman name?
