    Question SUM function problem

    I work with Excel 2003.
    When you use the SUM function, if I change a cell value of the amount used to calculate the cell where the result is SUM function does not change. What happens?

    Does it say "calculate" on the status bar? If so, you are in manual calculation mode.

    You probably need to show us the formula and/or upload a sample workbook.
