Error in a Formula in getting a date..

I am getting an Error while using this formula..

This formula is used in the 14th ROW..

I am getting a ZERO value only in this case...

So please advise whats the error..

What is the formula calculating?

I am on an iPad at the moment and so cannot try anything Excel. Will try after Xmas if you are not sorted by then
