pivot table help

Hi all,
just wanted a help in pivot table, generating table if we double click a row. I have the main excel tab as shown below.
1)I generate a pivot table by selecting rowlabel as servicetranid
2)Sigma values as count of servicetranid

Want to generate a table for the rows where the count is only 4.
that is select * from Sheet1 where count(servicetranid)='4'

Any help is highly appreciated

Your question is not very clear but if I have understood it correctly you can add a formula field to your source data and use that as the Page Field variable.


If not post an example of the expected table pasted on your sample data.
