Macro to copy & paste from sheet 2 to 3 based on a checkbox selection in sheet 1

Hi,

I am new here and also to writing macros. I have the following problem. I have been tasked to write a macro that takes information from a legend, looks the data up in a database and then populates the information selected on a result sheet.

My workbook is build up as described below:

I have a legend on sheet 1 (total of 9 different selection options - A2:I2). On sheet 2, I have a database where each of the different selection options mentioned above are listed in the columns O:W in the rows 4 to 75 respectively. My goal is to create check boxes below each of the 9 selection options on sheet 1 (i.e. one check box for A2; one check box for B2; etc.) and based on the selection made the respective data to be pulled from the database (sheet 2)and populated on sheet 3 in column B.

Could anybody help me out? I have read multiple threads but haven't found one that really answers my questions.
