Counting closures during (selected) months

Hi,

I have a named range of status, and a named range of date closed (dd/mm/yy). I'm looking to find out how many of closed status during any given month. Can anyone help please?

Example of what I have:

ID Status Date Closed
1 In Progress
2 Closed 01/06/2009
3 Pending Investigation
4 Closed 08/07/2009
5 Closed 04/05/2010
6 Closed 04/05/2010
7 Pending Investigation
8 Resolved
9 Closed 18/01/2010
10 In Progress


Results should show :

Closed Number
Jun-09
Jul-09
Aug-09
Sep-09
Oct-09
Nov-09
Dec-09
Jan-10
Feb-10
Mar-10
Apr-10
May-10
Jun-10
Jul-10
Aug-10
Sep-10
Oct-10
Nov-10
Dec-10
