Formatting a worksheet

Please I have attached a file that is giving me some problems.

I want to format the sheets names Junior and Senior-Mgt in such a way that when I print, it will neither cut nor be tiny. I have struggled with this for so long without success.

Please any help will appreciate. I will also like to know the process involved in doing this so that I will not get stuck again when dealing with large files.
