st judeu,
what exactly is your question? If you have a table as wide as a house, it will use quite a few pages if it is still meant to be legible when printed.
On my print preview, the Senior Mgmt sheet looks just fine.
The Junior sheet is a different matter. It's twice as wide as a house and you won't be able to create a printout on one sheet that's still legible.
You have arbitrary page breaks to ensure sections stay together. But this is not really helping, because you end up with a ton of paper for the second set of columns that you can't connect to the paper of the first set of columns.
Consider using print titles.
But most importantly, try to spell out in your own words what you would like to see as a print out. Maybe you can live with just a subset of columns? Maybe you want the column and row headers repeated on each page?
I don't know what your personal "perfect" print out looks like. Describe it for me.
cheers
