Copy non-contiguous cells from one sheet to another

Hi, I have returned for some more help with my football competition spreadsheet. (was given some much appreciated help last year).

I have attached a cut-down version of my spreadsheet, the idea of it being to predict the scores for each game in the Premier League and 5 from each of the 3 leagues below it. All I have to do to finish the spreadsheet is to complete the scoreboard.

I would like to be able to copy each players weekly total score from each of the 4 leagues and put them together like you can see in the SCORES tab. I did this the hard way last year by adding each individual cell reference (=+Championship!J39) for each week in the scoreboard sheet. I guess there must be an easier way and now I have 4 leagues instead of just the 1 so it's too much to do it manually

I was hoping for it to automatically update the scoreboard as the weeks go by and display a blank cell until the football scores get added each week.

will try again with the attachment...it didn't like the binary file version evidently..so more chopping required
