Adding prefix to a name

Please find attached.

In the list, there is no prefix for names. Is there any formular I can include in the form so that if Column G is Male, the prefix Mr. will come before the staff name in the form and if Female, Mrs. will come before the name. (The name will now be something like Mr. James Felix instead of just James Felix)?
