    adding colour

    Hi, I'm trying to add colour in column E5, yellow after 34 months from the date in D5 and then red in the same E5 after 36 months. Is it possible?

    Then if the date in D5 is updated, I want E5 to become white again.

    Re: adding colour

    CF#1 for red move to top of list and check "stop if true":
    =DATEDIF(D5,$F$2,"m")>=36
    #2, yellow: do not check "stop if true"
    =DATEDIF(D5,$F$2,"m")>33
