Please I have attached a sample of our gratuity calculation format and rules. I have also used IF formula to give 4 of the 5 rules. I do not know what else to add to incorporate the fifth rule. I know If(And) formular may be useful but I dont know how to apply that.

Perhaps, in embedded IF form you could use:
=IF(N(C6)<5,0,IF(C6<10,(C7*C6*5)/52,IF(C6<15,(IF(C5>=50,C11,C7)*C6*6)/52,(C11*C6*7)/52)))
