How to work on Vlookup with Dates as criteria?

I created a simplier and easier sample so not to confuse myself and the one who's helping me. Sorry if I created a new thread for this... I just don't want the contibutor to read the older thread since it's too long and they might get confused and tired of reading all the way down.

I just need to return a certain data to the cells higlighted in yellow, based on the criteria on B6 and C6.

The explanation is on the attached workbook.
