Finding Headers in a Table with Multiple Columns/Rows

OK... I've searched and searched but can't find what I'm looking for.

Attached is a dummy file that has a table of times and boy/girl names for the column/row headers. But the times are somewhat random throughout the table. In order to determine the order they go in, I've made a second table that uses the SMALL function to order them. But, I would like to be able to return the boy/girl names that are at the heads of the row/column for that particular time.

The problem is that match doesn't seem to work with multiple columns. I tried to find the cell address to no avail since then I could do a simple lookup on the header row/column easily.

I get the sense I'm missing something obvious but any help is appreciated!

    Thanks a ton.

P.S. - I tried giving you rep, but it says I must give it to someone else first. Apparently you solved my other problem as well. Now I owe you double!

No Worries... the rep system is kind of screwy anyways.
