I need a formula that will not calculate if a date is out of a specified range

    Hi,

    I am working on a sales projection spreadsheet. Each month is it's own sheet in the workbook. This projection is based on a 4 year time frame which you can select from a drop down menu. I need the formulas for sales not to calculate if the date is outside of the month. For example, in the spreadsheet for January 2014, February 1st is included because weeks run Sunday to Saturday. I can leave the date I just need the formulas listed under February 1st not to calculate but I need this to change based on the year selected.

    Thanks for any help!

    Hi and welcome to the forum

    Hard to be specific without seeing a sample of what you are working with, mut maybe something like this?

    =if(or(cell-ref<=datestart,cell-ref>dateend),"",your-formula)
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)

    GRUB Sales Projection.xlsx

    Thank you. I am glad to have found a forum with such helpful people.

    That does not seem to be working. I have attached the file I am working with.
