formula to takes the value from the previous month

Continue my work earlier,My next problem is to take value from the previous month to be a new beginning balance sheet of cells value.(see example attachment please)

because I want destination is in begining balance in column A,
the problem is why the header is copied too, I just want the numbers are copied

Another problem is I want just copy & paste special values on new sheet only in column A.
is this possible because another column in new sheet is paste all

I am attaching an example for details(there is an error if we add a new sheet)
