data rows to data columns and rows in sequence

I have a sheet that contains 2100 rows of data across A-CR, each row is a complete set of data.
In order to get the data to upload into a new programme it requires to be in column format with a unique reference number from column A in the original to be inserted again in column A for each 63 rows of data. This I think is the easy part.

I have made my first 63 rows of date in columns B-T from the original and linked the cells on the new sheet to the original where needed.
I can cut and past the 63 rows each time and then use "replace to change the row number by 1 in the cell lookup reference but this will take for ever.
Is there a way to do this quickly.
I require i.e. '(sheet name.xlsx)main'!$P$3 to change to '(sheet name.xlsx)main'!$P$4
'(sheet name.xlsx)main'!$Q$3 to change to '(sheet name.xlsx)main'!$Q$4 etc every time I past the 63 rows of data.

Is there an easy fix? I have uploaded the new sheet.
