SUMPRODUCT across worksheet not working

The worsksheet that I am pulling from is named Test.

The following counting function works fine:
=SUMPRODUCT(--(Test!C:C="Online Giving - Website"),--(Test!A:A>=DATE(2009,10,1)),--(Test!A:A<=DATE(2009,12,31)))

The following totaling function, produces $0, rather than $30 which it should be:
=SUMPRODUCT(--(Test!C:C="Online Giving - Website"),--(Test!A:A>=DATE(2010,1,1)),--(Test!A:A<=DATE(2010,3,31)),B:B)

The totaling function works fine from within the worksheet where the data is (thus Test! would be removed) but not across other worksheets.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as always!
