Auto Update from Different Workbook Help

I want to create a "Library Card" that autoupdates from information of another workbook.

In the attachment below, there are two files. The "Library_Card_Data.xls" contains the information in the "DATA" worksheet that I want to use to fill in the Library Card Excel file. I have also attached an example of a Library Card Excel file ("Nut Ring.xls")

There will be a Library Card Excel file hyperlinked to the first cell of each row in the "DATA" worksheet. This Library Card Excel file will have all of the information of the fields that are in the "DATA" worksheet as well as a picture for visuals.

If the data changes in the row that the Library Card is referring to, then Library Card Excel File will have to update with the new information when it is opened.

The way the Library Card works now is that the the user would need to open the Library Card Template file that I have created which is not in the attachment. The user would only need to fill in the "Title" cell of the part he wants to create the Library Card for. From there, the rest of the fields would auto fill and then the user would need to insert a picture and save the file. The final step would be to insert the file as a hyperlink to the row where it is getting its information from.

This was the best way I could think of to do this step to create the Library Card and hyperlink it in the ."Library_Card_Data.xls" file.

    Problems Encountered:

First, the Library Card fields are not updating with the appropriate fields. The fields do get filled but they are referring to the wrong row.

In the "Nut Ring.xls" example, the gray cells are using the LOOKUP function to try and populate the fields but instead of taking the information from Row 2 in the "DATA" worksheet. It is taking the information from Row 36. Now, I think this is occurring because the LOOKUP functions only works if you are looking for numbers, not words. Am I correct?

I also attempted other forumlas which are highlighted in blue and orange but with no success.

The second problem is how to deal with parts with identical titles (i.e: Rows 30 & 31 have the same Title "CHAIN BOSCH LINE" but with different information in some of the other fields.

I was wondering if there was a way to make the Library Card file only look for information in the row that its hyperlinked too, to be able to eliminate the problem of identical Titles.

Of course, if there is a better approach, I would certainly like to hear of them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.
