using array formula correctly

G'Day,

I am trying to get my array formula to work correctly and cannot figure out for the life of me why it isn't.

The example is attached with the red cells being the formula, and the green cells being the desired effect.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am going to have approximately 30 of these side by side calculating different calendars so keeping it simple and small using an array formula is preferred.
