can a vlookup return multiple values and how

apologies regarding the Title.
not sure of how to ask this question.
Vlookup can return the first reference to a specific value in a column, but if there is a 2nd or multiple references to the same value they cannot be returned.

Sorry i am confusing everybody

i will just explain the required end result.

how can i create a feature similar to a subform(Access) in Excel.
i have tried INDEX and MATCH, various LOOKUPS to find and return a value.
but i cannot figure out how to get the function to then move on to the next or subsequent corresponding value.

Can you upload example workbook with inputs that represent your data and desired output?

Depending on your data, a PivotTable might work

Here are few solutions...

1.st table doesn't need anything more
2nd table need check column (B)
Pivot table need F column

Absolutley spot on.
With the Pivot Table, i have picked up a tip elsewhere, if you Format the 1/-1 field using Custom format "Pass";"Fail" this will replace the 1 and -1 with pass and fail in the Pivot.
