    1) Highlight the data you would like to "flatten"
    2) CTRL-C to copy it
    3) Select Edit > Paste Special > Values and click OK

    Done.


    NOTE:

    Your thread is mistitled. This is not a VLOOKUP question. Consider writing your titles AFTER you write the content of your question.

    Maybe: "Make data permanent...remove formulas"

    The point of good titles is that most people use this forum to SEARCH for their own answers, the titles are critical to drawing attention to the actual topic.
