filtering and lookup

Hello,

My problem is as follows, I have a table containing values with corresponds to a request numbers, each request is divided in several items, ranging from 4 to 9.
I repeat the same request number in rows as much as the number of items, changing the item number in the column named –Item No.-.
I need to produce a report in a separate sheet, in which I have a prepared form, changing only the request number.
I need a way to filter all the rows which contain the same request number and present all the items information at once.
I’m going crazy trying to combine formulas without results.

At first glance you might need a Pivot Table, but to make sure :

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook, the workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

If needed supply a before and after sheet in the workbook so the person helping you can see what you are trying to achieve.

Doing this will ensure you get the result you need!
