How to relocate comment box

I have some cells on the right edge of the worksheet with a comment box. When you go to that cell the box comes up but its beyond the sheet to the right. Is there a way to have the box come up inside the sheet?

When you unhide the comment and make it permanently visible, you can drag it to a different position and it will stay there. But when it is hidden and just pops up on mouse over of the cell, it will always display to the right of the cell.

I've seen many discussions about this topic and have not found anyone who was able to provide a change to that behaviour.
