    If you have a question to ask please detail it in the narrative of your post, not within your file... files should support the narrative - not vice versa.

    Re: tolerance level

    Hi,

    Applogies for not be descriptive in the thread.

    I have some data on actual & target. The actual would have some tolerance/variance level.

    Based on the actual and variance acceptability, I want to understand whether the units are eligible for upgrade or not. If actual is within the target + Var+/- range, column "E" should display "Yes" or "No".

    Eg:for Battery, target is 50 but if we add 30% variance it is 65, hence actual is within the target and will be yes in col 'E'. If actual would be 38, then also it should display "Yes" since it is within the tolerance level of -30% on 50. I need to have this in as a formula or a function based. May be 'If else" or something acurate.

    Regards,

    In E3: =IF(ABS(C3/B3 - 1) <= D3, "Yes", "No")
