Exporting Multiple Sheets from one workbook to another spreadsheet

I have a project that i need help on. I have a workbook of spreadsheets that is used to keep track of sales made and commission based on those sales. Because my accounting department needs special help...I need a way to export the data within a given area, based on a "yes" to pay cell. So if the cell is "yes" the data is exported, if the cell is "no" the data is not exported.

I am thinking about coding this into a button, but i am open to other suggestions first.

since i have 16 (+/-) sales poeple throughout the year, is it possible to have it export to a new sheet for each month, for each individual sale person? I dont care if it creats a new one each time, in fact that may be better to go that way.
