    Exporting selections to another document

I pray someone can help me with this and make my life easier. I'm not great with excel, so if there is a way please lay it out for me simply.

I have a excel document with names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses. What I would like to do is click on multiple e-mail address's and they open up into another document, it could be word, or even another excel document. I could then take the list and past it into my e-mail to send.

Even better than that would be to click on the email addy's in excel and it open up into outlook in bcc. The only issue is I need multiple email addresses to open in one single e-mail.

If that wasn't clear enough, what I'm doing is selecting certain people to send the same e-mail to and it would be much easier if I could just click and they pop up into an e-mail, or a document so I can paste, rather than do it one at a time.

    Thank you for any assistance.

I think mail merge would help you. Basically you would access your workbook with email addresses from outlook/word and so be able to send out a mass mailing (without the recipients seeing each other).
