how to insert row from one worksheet to another

I had a proj. please help me. i have a masterlist in sheet1, it served to be the basis for the other sheet., the data i have in sheet 2 is the one that im going to insert in sheet 1, given that it match with primary code in sheet 1. different data same primary code will add new row in the masterlist. if the data in sheet2 didnt correspond with the primary code of sheet1 then it will go to sheet3 to be able to monitor those invalid data.. i wish you can help me with this guyz...thanks

No Problems but it would be easier to work with a smalll sample work book

SHEET 1

CodeA CodeB CodeC
01 02 03
02 03 04

SHEET 2

CodeA CodeB CodeC NAME ADD etc
01 02 03 JOHN NY
02 03 04 RIC CA
01 02 03 ANN MA

Sheet 2 will be insert in sheet 1. if code A,B,C match with each other. and insert another row if found more than 1 data given with the same code, they will just differ in the name.
then if found some data with code not match in sheet1 it will go to sheet3 for monitoring invalid data.

Sheet1 will be the masterlist. that why i need to insert the data from sheet2. what i have in sheet 1 is the code that the masterlist should have.. i cant determined how many names will have same code. thats why i want to insert the row in the masterlist(Sheet1) once the code match. and once the code didnt match the data must be transfer in sheet3 for monitoring purposes.
