    Trying to combine =LARGE & =OFFSET formula

So I may not have worded it properly (thus my issue). I'm actually trying to do a couple things. I need to bring the top 3 unit cost items from 2 tabs to the summary tab and bring all the other info with it (name, stock number, quantity, etc)

My spreadsheet has 3 tabs I'm working with: Summary tab (where I want to pull all the data to), Items with Stock Numbers tab, and Items without Stock Numbers tab. Both Items tabs have columns for price, quantity, name, total value, etc.

    1. My current formula will give me the unit price of the top 3 most expensive items (*=LARGE(F:F,D7)* where D7 is "1"), but it only gives me the cost of the item, not the information about it. I know if you Sort, based on a particular column, you can expand the selection, but I can't sort my spreadsheet like that without causing other issues.

The second goal is to combine the info from 1, used in both tabs, to put an overall top 3 on the summary tab.

I'm no excel expert, but it seems like excel can do this without too much hassle, but I just don't know how to set up the formula.

    Thanks for any help,

    Paul
