Sumproduct formula:Empl Code Payroll Code Amount

Is it possible that you could please assist me in the following 2 formulas in the attached workbook?

First formula I need to lookup field in column 1 and column 4 in a row in other sheet and return a value in the 5th column in the same row (example)
Empl Code Payroll Code Amount
Find find returrn value

Second formula is the same, but I want to add a third lookup field in another column and take the total answer and multiply it by the % in certain cell in another sheet.
