sequential sampling?

I need a short simple explanion and example of what "sequential sampling" is?
and where I could find and run this function in excel...

Briefly: sequential sampling is a sampling plan whereby you decide acceptance of a lot of material based on the minimum number of inspected pieces required to obtain confidence/reliability the material meets quality requirements.

There is no Excel function for this, per se.

why can Sequential Sampling cannot be created in excel?

Such a plan could be readiliy implemented in Excel. If you have a general plan in mind and need specific help, I'm sure someone will weigh in. If you want someone to ask 20 questions to figure out what you want, that seems less likely.
