Help with clearing contents macro

Hi,

I was hoping someone might be able to help me with a simple macro to clear cell contents of a range of cells based on a condition. I have never used VBA before.

I have an excel worksheet with 7138 rows and need a macro that will start at the top, look a column P, if P=1, then delete contents in columns Q to AB for that row. Then move down the worksheet line by line doing the same until it reaches line 7139.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
