Percentage formula

Good morning,

I am looking for some help:

FIRST Problem
Working with Columns H I K & L
Want to compare sales in H & I and result to appear in K (RED or Green)
I figured that part out however, there will be times when I will not have information to enter in Column I, so it will be $0.00. This of course will skew the data and the percentages in L. Can someone help with the correct formula in K (=IF(H2>I2, TRUE,FALSE) to account for the above?


SECOND PROBLEM
Working with Column O (comparing H&I) and Column P (comapring G&I)
I am tyring to figure out how to calculate our percentages of Wins (Based on using the data in columns. I am not sure how to do this.
