Count and display number of duplicates

I need some help here please.

I have 7 columns with the weekdays. In each column I have hundreds of individual numbers. There are numbers that are repeat almost every day. I would like to create a new column with the duplicate numbers and next to the number how many times it came up as duplicate. Here is an example:

Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday
8/10 8/11 8/12 8/13 8/14

1234256 786516 895647 147834 123456
985368 124456 124563 123456 578961
658973 124587 123654 987453 224587
856976 125976 123456 985368 987458

Now I need excel to find the duplicate numbers, display them on a new column and next to the duplicate numbers, in a different column, how many times (days) it happened.
I already used conditional formatting to highlight duplicates bu I don't know how to do the rest. I also attached a file.
Any help would be appreciated.
