How Do I Mix Relative & Absolute References?

Hi,

I want to insert this formula into my spreadsheet, but using VBA:

K2: =J2/$N$2

Then copy down - I have the copying part figured out, but unclear how to put this formula into VBA?

K100 will = J100/$N$2, etc.
