Dynamic Vlookup

So I'm currently trying to lookup across all 100 spreadsheets (complex i know) but it needs to be done, for simplicity sake just call them spread1, spread2, spread3 ect each with lets say 100 rows of data. Each spreadsheet contains all models for a certain manufacturer plus information. What i was hoping for was some way to continuously check for everywhere that there is a number greater than 0 in the amount to buy column (column F). When there is a number it should place the entire row A*-F* depending on which row has the number in it. These numbers may or may not occur. I know this is a complex problem and any help would be greatly appreciated.

The entire row will be placed in "MasterSpreadsheet" and then go to the next row for the next input.
