hey this is my first post so if I'm not posting properly or some such, just let me know....

anyways, I have a bunch of cells in a column which contain the following in variation :

=(IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP("Name",tuesday1,3)),VLOOKUP("Name",tuesday2,3),VLOOKUP("Name",tuesday1,3)))

where name is always different. somewhere else I have a bunch of ranges with a name in one column followed by two times. my problem is that entering one name and time happens to modify all cells for a name falling under the entered name. I'm new to this type of excel stuff so please help. thanks =].
