SUMIF - correct function?

OK here is what I am trying to accomplish:

Total Active should equal the sum of the numbers whose status is equal to PD, PP, and AP minus any number for these statuses that are in these >2 Months category.

Total Terminated should equal all other status types and include the numbers >2 Months for PD, PP, and AP statuses.

Using SUMIF does not seem to allow me to do all these commands.

Could someone please assist me? I can provide more data if needed.
