    =LOOKUP(2,1/(I3:I19=MAX(I3:I19)),B3:B19)
    Note:
    if you have 1+ instances of MAX value in I then the above would return the last value in B associated with the MAX value... if you wished to return the first value in B associated with the MAX you see the prior post by Jeff.
    In the code above what is being represented by the 2,1/ ?
