    Date with Text

    I have a date field in C2 and i want to combine the following text with the date from C2.

    if I use this formula ="Outstanding as at" &C2 i end up with a number rather than a date.

    This is my result.

    Outstanding as at 37062

    How do i make my formula bring the date as it looks in cell C2?
