VLOOKUP #NA - Not working. How to correct?

    Hi,

CAn somebody please have a look at the workbook I've attached.

I need a VLOOKUP to return values from the first sheet (M&E Rates) in the Total column of sheet 2 (SOR).

So far I'm getting #NA errors etc. ?

    Thanks a lot.

It is unclear from your formula, what you are really trying to do... what exactly are you looking up in the active sheet and where should if find a match?
Where there is a will there are many ways.

    Good point.

I need to look up the [B][I]Ref(column C) in the M&E Rates sheet and then the value of the rate (column H) into SOR sheet, also column H rate.

    Hope this clarifies ?

    Thanks for your help.

Perhaps, then you want this in H3:

    =VLOOKUP(C3,'M&E Rates'!$C$3:$H$40,6,FALSE)

    copied down.

You are welcome... Have a look at Vlookup in Excel help.. it explains the function well and gives good examples.
