how do i replicate formating rules that i have made?

basicaly i have created a rule in one cell to reflect a certain outcome of other cells and i need to recreate this rules about 30 or so times with the next lines of information.

my question is, is their a easy way to replicated this formula to pertain to the next set of information or do i have to go through the long process of recreating the rule for each set of information?

edit: so i added the attacted spreadsheat. u can look at the rules to see what its suppose to do. the cells that are green in color have 2 formulas in them. one to make it turn red if its false and another to turn green if its true.

i need to do this for the entire 4 times in each row for about 31 rows

I think it would be easier to follow you if you gave examples... possibly an actual sample spreadsheet attached?

Sorry I did not notice you added your attachment... next time please add a new post with the attachment... this way the requestor will be notified that a change was made to your thread....

    ...anyways...

Take away the $ sign from in front of the 5's in your conditions in row 5...

    Like so:

    =SUM($D5,$AB5)<>SUM($H5,$L5,$P5,$T5,$AF5) for Red

    and

    =SUM($D5,$AB5)=SUM($H5,$L5,$P5,$T5,$AF5) for Green

Then copy those cells and paste to the rest of the rows... the row numbers will update automatically.

    Edit:

Note: You can do this once for all sheets at once if you have constistency in those number of rows to format....

After you change the conditions in Row 5 of the 1st sheet and you copy the 4 cells.. then click on 'feb' sheet tab and hold the Shift key down..then click on the 'dec' sheettab.

Select the entire range from AR5:AU and paste.

Now click on totals sheet to de-activate the other sheets and go through each sheet to ensure the formatting worked...
