add html to spreadsheet

I want to add this code to one excel row -

but it insists in adding it on numerous separate rows.

You don't say how you are currently trying to add it.

Excel will use the embedded CR/LF to place text into the next row.

I just pasted into one cell using control V, after having saved it using control C

do CTRL+C
goto the cell where you want to paste the html text
F2 to edit cell
CTRL+V to paste into single cell
