    Logic Based Surveys

I am trying to write a survey where the next question that appears is based on the response to the previous question. However, not all questions are the same style - meaning some are multiple choice, T/F, likert scale, etc - so the formatting needs to be variable as well.

    Any ideas?

    Welcome to the forum.

    That's a very big question.

Your question doesn't have 'an' answer, any more than, "How do I design an inventory control system in Excel?" does.

If you have nothing other than your original question, you're asking someone to design something from scratch. You could post in the comercial services exchange, and bring your checkbook, and get ready for an extended game of 20 Questions.

If you've thought through the design (like how different types of questions (T/F, multiple choice, Likert, ...) appear, the logic to choose the next question (which may be as simple as a jump table based on the answer to the last question, or something much more complex), ...), and just need some help mechanizing it, then post what you've done and ask a specific question.

Implementing this will almost certainly require code, and possibly a fair amount.
