I have a number of Formula on a Worksheet in my workbook, how can I get it to auto update every few mins, while the Workbook is open?

Are you implying that some of your formulae are not updating when any cell in the workbook changes? If so what are those formulae?
Is the Calculation Automatic set?

I have a worksheet that is a Schedule Report, on this I have the time in the top corner, this then using Conditional formatting colours the column of Cells linked to that time. As its in 15min slots I use FLOOR function to round the time down.
My problem is that I want to refresh the worksheet every few mins, so that the Time Now bar moves along.
