    Display Data by Criteria has multiple rows of data

    Need help in displaying data by user input criteria, mulitple rows of display also need to display to blank out when no criteria is input. In example spreadsheet the criteria cell is B6 in "Results" page and needs to pull in data from the "Database" page. Thanks

    Put this formula in E6 and copy it down:

    =INDEX(Database!D:D,MATCH(Results!$B$6,Database!B:B,0)+ROW()-6)

    Thank you this works great, is there a way I can surpress the "0" display when no data is available? Some of the data is larger than others so I have to keep the results box at the larger size.

    Click on TOOLS > OPTIONS > VIEW and deselect Zero Values. This setting only applies to this sheet.
